7 Days of Yoga
My goal for this week is to practice yoga every morning for the next seven days. I’m pretty good at getting to class after work, but I want to make it my “thing” to go in the morning. Starting my day out with yoga is probably the best way to rise and shine. I feel much more relaxed, peaceful and at ease when I wake up an hour or two earlier to make it to class. I also find I eat better throughout the day, which is never a bad thing.
Also, the above photo was taken last night on a friend’s roof. I do not recommend dancer’s pose after throwing back a beer or two…!
