I love a good BBQ. Especially when there was a snow storm hitting NYC which left me stuck in Mexico. (Ok, maybe stuck is the wrong word. I was more than happy to be there!)

Anyway, a bunch of my new friends and I pigged out on steak, fresh guacamole (my favorite!) and loads of grilled veggies. It made me REALLY miss summer and my friends and family back in the States. Don’t get me wrong tho, I had a lot of fun and enjoyed my company!
