Walker Art Center
The Walker Art Center is by far one of the coolest places in Minneapolis. I love visiting whenever I get a chance. The museum does an amazing job of bringing in great shows as well as curating superb exhibits. Lucky for me they’re showing the Cindy Sherman exhibit that I just happened to miss back in NYC. I think I was like, the only New Yorker who didn’t see it.
Anyway, the Walker really has a special place in my heart. It introduced me to some of my favorite artists like Chuck Close, Merce Cunningham and James Turrell. Speaking of James, who else is stoked for his show at the Guggenheim?! I guarantee you it will be one of the coolest things in 2013. I legit can’t wait!
My mother in law is a tour guide there, she loves it! And my husband and I got married in the Sculpture Garden next to it :) I love your shots of the exhibit!
